Challenge: Lack of consistent and thorough procedures when welcoming and onboarding an intro (new client) to their first class at OTF
Solution: In addition to the eLearning course employees would take, this job aid offers a simplistic yet reinforcing visual for staff to refer to when taking the steps to onboard an intro.
Results: Consistent procedural expectations amongst customer service employees at Orangetheory when it comes to onboarding an intro or potential new member - including established norms and an all-encompassing use of familiar terminology.

Challenge: Social emotional competencies rank extremely high on the list of desired employee strengths. However, many companies are not prioritizing SEL training for their staff.
Solution: This slide deck was created to give Learning & Development teams insight as to what SEL is and why training on these competencies is important for their staff. This presentation would be geared towards convincing L&D teams that the efficiency and performance of their staff would significantly improve with consistent and engaging SEL training.
Results: SEL would become an integral part of a company's training regimen. From this, employees would show an increase in self awareness, self management, social awareness, decision making skills, and relationship skills, therefore benefiting the company in which they serve.
